Airsoft/Milsim thread Anonymous Comrade 10/26/2019 (Sat) 12:07:00 No. 1544
Airsoft/Milsim discussion, gears, Airsoft guns and so on and so on.
Hello anons, I have now enough money to buy my first replica, was thinking of getting a cheap cyma AK, thoughts?
Is there like a short intro to this? Most seem to run on batteries which sounds kinda weak. What kind of gun can I get that is decent and cheap in a country without freedom? germany

I would recomend going to a field and rent a gun before doing anything

Well, most airsoft guns are electrical, you can also buy gas guns, but they cost more and I would not recoment, besides, airsoft batteries last enough you won't have a problem with running out of battery in the field

Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_issues_in_airsoft#Germany
and for your first gun, as >>1545 said a cyma ak like the CYMA CM028 is good and cheap.
Do many adults do this? I really want to try it, but I'm 28 and don't want to show up to play with a bunch of teens.

Dunno about where you live, but here spain I always see 30 and even 40 year olds playing on the fields, teens seem to be the exeption

from what i heard it seems popular amongst some active soldiers and military rejects, often even in their 30s
you can probably find youtube videos, by channels that record first person views, where you see what kind of people are going
Anybody know a good online airsoft shop to buy stuff?
